Dinner Meetings went online in 2011. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, I worked in business development for an audio visual rental company in LA. Over time I saw how deals were lost due to geographical location and how distance affected the turn-around time on getting equipment to customers.
Businesses and individuals looking to rent audio visual equipment had to search through websites, make several phone calls and send quotes to rental sites in hopes of getting a response that fit their exact needs.
Restaurants, hotels, country clubs and other venues needed a better way to get in touch with audio visual rental companies and get the equipment they needed in a timely fashion.
So I came up with a solution. . .
The Dinner Meeting's Event Board:
This is a place where anyone can post a request for product and receive quotes to their request within minutes. Venues and A/V rental companies that can fulfill requests can submit quotes directly to customers through postings on our Event Board. Customers can select equipment, make notes on specific details and even find a venue using our search criteria. We offer free directories as well for venues and audio visual rental companies nationwide.
